Enoshima Shrine
Ehjima Shrine is a god who watches the safety of the sea and is counted as one of the three major Benten in Japan. In the Edo era, the faith to this Esashima Benzaiten gathered, and the people of the Enoshima visit showed a tremendous bustle. After passing through the torii and passing through Rui Minamon, I arrived at Edo Tsugu. As you step up the stone steps you will see the Nakatsu Palace. Behind the island there is Okutsu Palace. Together these three temples are called Esashima Shrine. Ezejima Benzaiten’s “Zen washi pond” that is beneficial to upgrading money luck is also one of the places you want to visit when you visit Eroshima Shrine.
