Etoire Pastry Store (Zushi Shop)
This is a Western confectionery shop in Zushi. They put an emphasis on souvenirs as well as cakes. “Sakurayama Cookies” are shaped after the appearance of cherry blossom petals fluttering in the warm sunshine of Zushi, and are topped with salted cherry blossoms. Besides this, other popular items are “gold and silver bandy cakes” filled with rich brandy, “Sakurayama Street Madeleines” that are moist cakes with chopped walnuts, and the “Story of the raw chocolate coast” for big fans of the Southern All Stars.
