Yasuhisa limited company
This shop was established in 1951 and sells maguro (tuna) picked in sake lees and miso. White marlin is flavored and pickled with sake lees and miso, which is made with malted rice and soybeans. It is now a recommended product of the nationwide tourism souvenir association. It was also chosen as one of “100 Kanagawa noted products”. You can eat it cooked or raw and it will still taste delicious. Besides this, maguro stew and salted squid are also popular.
