Inamuratei

Inamuratei

This handmade charcoal grilled pork shop was founded about 60 years ago and is located next to the Enoshima Electric Railway. The owner carefully selects the hams of locally raised pigs, and thoroughly pickles it in a secret sauce that is made from Shonan soy sauce and pot herb. It is then grilled in a special iron pot to make their specialty, charcoal grilled pork. Every time you take a bite of the pork, the taste and fragrance of the charcoal spreads throughout your mouth that makes you crave more. Miso pork, charcoal grilled chicken, and minced pork are also popular dishes.
