Kinugasa Yama Park

Kinugasa Yama Park

The park was selected as one of “100 Famous Sakura Places in Japan”. Approximately 2000 sakura are in full bloom in the spring. In 1907, Kinugasa Yama Park planted the sakura together with the construction of the monument of those who died in the Russo-Japanese War. There is also the Wanpaku Forest and Firefly Village in the park. Recently, more people enjoy watching passenger ships and cargo ship travelling through Tokyo Bay, as well as strolling on the promenade.
