Manyo Park

Chosen as one of the top 100 Historical parks of Japan. Located in the center of Onsen-gai, and many plants are around the park. The Manyo Mane imitates the ancient architecture of the Manyoha Period, and the Kunikida Mononoke Monument. There is also the Kumano Shrine, the hot springs god, will give you faith. There is a footbath hotspring facility called “Yokotan no yu”. The mountain stream’s surroundings is dyed vividly in autumn leaves in the Fall.

From the the Yugawara station, take the Okuyugawara, Fudotaki bound bus to the Ochiai Hashi bus stop (Bus ride takes about 12 minutes)
