Kibune Shrine

Standing on a hill overlooking the Manazuru Port, is a shrine that acts as the towns guardian. It was founded in 889, named Ogunashi no Kami, and served the Shogun Myth (Kotoshironushi no Kami) and Sukunahikona no Kami. Here you can pray for resolutions of your troubles, business prosperity, and other things. Every year in July, there is Important intangible folk cultural property “Kibune Festival”.
