It is a sticking attitude that imaged the countryside of southern France. Interior is also rural style interior decoration in southern France. An annual owner visits France and is insisting enough to purchase antique interior. For dishes, we use a lot of fresh seafood purchased directly from local fishermen by the unique connection of Fujisawa’s well-established stores. Make cuisine with the commitment ingredients purchased in various places, hospitality with homemade aperitif.
