Sobaseki Oshimisuan Anhiko

Sobaseki Oshimisuan Anhiko

In Zushi there’s a shop where you can eat authentically handmade Echizen soba. Summer is spicy and in winter the sweet radish flavor is cultivated, we recommend the “Grated Soba”. It also goes well with tempura, so please try it. There are pleasures that you can fully enjoy the taste of the four seasons throughout the year. Soba is also made by hand every morning, making it truly hearty for the smiling faces of our customers who visit us. In the evening, please enjoy Fukui’s local sake, soba shochu and other alcoholic drinks, along with and Echizen side. We hope you will Zushi’s famous foods.
