Ishibashi

A long-established soba restaurant that has a store near Hase-Kannon. The store is always crowded, but you can come and stop by while you’re walking around. This place is first opened in 1914. The 3rd generation shop owner who knows how to confidently bring out the deliciousness of buckwheat flour, buckwheat noodles and more, and he continues to make every dish on the menu from scratch by himself using Tokachi and Shikaoi produced ingredients. “Kamakura-don”, which is shrimp topped with egg, is a local dish created by fishermen in the early Showa era, and the “Kamakura-don set” (1,680 yen), which includes a mini Kamakura-don and mini zaru soba, is a popular menu item.
