Matsuwa mackerel which is caught at the Matsuwa fishing port is a branded fish locally known as “golden mackerel” because of its golden appearance and its rarity. In autumn and winter, the best season of mackerel, here at Matsuwa, grilled baked mackerel is served. Besides Matsuwa mackerel, there are also various seafood from Matsuwa fishing port such as rockfish, splendid alfonsino, whitebait etc., cooked using chosen seasonal flavors and best recipes. A good view of ocean seen from all seats is also make this place worth visit.
