Our handmade pastry shop「Brown Sweets」is a cute little shop located on a footpath thats surrouded by Zushi’s blue sea and green mountains. When you walk inside the shop, the scents of burned sugar butter and sugar is floating in the air, you will see about 30 different kinds of sweets such as a welcome cookie for our customers. A female shop owner who is particular with choosing ingredients such as importing the wheat from Hokkaido and using fresh eggs from only local farms. Gently makes these homemade pastries one by one from the early hours of 4 a.m. everyday. This shop’s products are also additive-free, with no artificial colors and no preservatives. a popular menu item is the Hayama lemon cheese cake and more.
